I welcome the publicity and use of my content but I ask that I am referenced, credited and linked where possible.

I reserve the right to change any information found on www.chloerosettabell.com at anytime without warning. I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Purchasing.
By agreeing to my Terms and Conditions you the customer are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, otherwise you will have permission from your parents or guardians. All products remain the property of Chloé Rosetta Bell until payment is received for both product and postage. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
I accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe, a secure payment system. All payments are extremely secure through Stripe. I do not store any sensitive payment information.
I reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notice. In the unlikely event that you the customer have purchased a product that is sold out, I have the right to refund you or suggest an exchange. Work is made by hand by myself therefore if I sell out of products you may have to wait up to 12 weeks for work to become available. I work on limited collections, therefore if a collection is sold out and finished I am unable to provide a replacement product.
I always suggest hand washing all ceramics purchased. Although I do occasionally note if it is possible to dishwash the item and I dishwash my ceramics within my own home.
While I try to make sure that the colours of my products are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
